##Healthy Glow Porridge: don’t worry, eat healthy!
To beat the energy slump and help you to keep your skin healthy, here's a porridge recipe that fills you up with vitamins B, C, E and K, manganese, flavonoids, copper, selenium, fatty acids, omega 3, fibre, etc.
350 ml almond, flax, oat or cow's milk + 20 g oat flakes + 20 g quinoa flakes + 1 tablespoon almonds + 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds + 1 teaspoon flax seeds + ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon + 1 tablespoon liquid honey + crushed pecans or hazelnuts + a few raspberries, blueberries or other seasonal fruit + 1 pinch of salt
Gently heat the milk. Mix the oat and quinoa flakes, seeds and salt in a saucepan over a medium heat until they are toasted and grilled. Add half of the warm milk, stir vigorously and incorporate the cinnamon and honey. Warm it over a low heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly, and add the rest of the warm milk, and cold milk if necessary to obtain the desired consistency. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the blueberries, raspberries and other seasonal fruit... and sprinkle with the pecans or hazelnuts. -

##Breathe your way to health and beauty benefits
Move and flush! Mean anything to you? Flush out what? Toxins, of course, the waste products that are created by the organism (simply by functioning), ingested in food (from pesticides) and breathed in (from pollutants and heavy metals). Once they have accumulated in the body, they can lead to acid build up, inflammation and a range of tiring and sometimes painful knock-on effects.
Deep breathing is just one efficient way you can cleanse your body back into shape. Another is to flush out pores and eliminate any dead skin cells and impurities that have built up. So what’s the best way to get your sweat on? With at least 40 minutes of cardio, such as running, indoor biking or calisthenics. Or, why not give Bikram Yoga in a heated room a try? Thinking of something a little more passive? A sauna or steam room session can work wonders as well. For best results, just try to sweat it out for at least one hour a week.
For even clearer skin, always chase that sweat session with the refreshing Eau Dynamisante Shower Mousse -

##Energizing sprouted shoots
If you’re familiar with bean sprouts, those little beige shoots found in spring rolls and many Asian dishes, then you’re already familiar with sprouted shoots.
In fact, there are a huge range of them, with lentil and broccoli shoots and alfalfa sprouts each offering up their very own unique peppery flavor. Aside from their strong taste, they also serve up huge amounts of vitamins, minerals, easily absorbed proteins and enzymes that are known to be good for the digestive system. Try sprouting them yourself or buy them in an organic grocery store to toss into salads, blend into smoothies and serve alongside meat or fish.
The other huge bonus of these sprouted leaves comes with their alkaline content which can work to offset an acidic diet of processed foods, sugars and meats. The next time your crave a burger? Just add a few sprouted greens! -
