Shopping | Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Clarins. If you do not receive this order confirmation email within an hour, please contact our Clarins Customer Care Representative for assistance via email at email@example.com or (852) 2994 6238 excluding Public Holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information from SF Express. If you have a Clarins account, you can track the status of your order by clicking on “Order Information” within the "My Account" section. Upon confirmation of payment, it will take 1-2 business days to process the order, subject to stock availability. Under normal circumstances, the order will arrive at the delivery address in 2-3 business days after dispatch. For remote areas, it might take 3-4 business days.
