Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Clarins. If you do not receive this order confirmation email within an hour, please contact our Clarins Customer Relations for assistance via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or (852) 2994 6238 excluding Public Holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information from SpeedPost. If you have a Clarins account, you can track the status of your order by clicking on “Order Information” within the "My Account" section. On average, your order should take between 1 to 3 business days to arrive, subjected to changes during peak festive season.
