Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Clarins. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information from Kerry Express. If you have a Clarins account, you can track the status of your order by clicking on “Order Information” within the "My Account" section. Upon confirmation of payment, orders will be processed and delivered according to the chosen delivery method, subject to stock availability.
