Return Policy
At Clarins, we strive to create a pleasant online shopping experience when you shop at Clarins.com. However, if
for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product(s) and wish to return the item(s) for a full refund or an
exchange,please do so within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel. For detailed procedures, please find
in the below “How to Return Your Order”.
The return product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging, with leaflets and all accessories. We do
not accept product(s) that are opened or used unless it has been damaged or defective.
- If your order contained Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned. If the GWP is not returned
with the original product, we regret to inform that your refund will not be processed.
- If your item is a Gift Set, all products within the Gift Set must be returned in their unopened state.
- Shipping fees of returned packages is non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of your return parcel. The time to post the
credit would be subject to the actual lead-time of the issuing bank.
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment

Customer Care Team will send you the return address and RMA number for return process if your return
request is being accepted according to above Return Policy.
- Carefully pack your return in the original package to prevent damage during transit.
- Send the package back to us via a carrier of your choice to the appointed return address along with the
RMA number which are both provided by Customer Care Team.
- Upon the arrival of the returned product(s), we will check if the item(s) meets the requirements of
return for exchange / refund.
Returns | Receive a Refund
Upon confirmation of the returned product(s), we will process your refund. Please allow 14 days for the
completion of the refund procedures. Refunds
are made to the original form of payment. Any shipping fees incurred is non-refundable. (The time to post
the credit would be subject to the actual lead-time of the issuing bank.)

Upon confirmation of the returned product(s), we will ship out the new product(s) according to stock
availability.
