Double 11 FAQs

What is Double 11?

Double 11 is an annual shopping festival celebrated every year on 11th November. It originally started in China to celebrate single people. The date was chosen because 11/11 represents “singles.” It is also known as D11 or 11.11. It has overtaken Black Friday as the world's largest shopping day.

What to buy on Double 11?

Take advantage of our exclusive 11.11 offers to stock up on your favourites, maintain your routine, and treat yourself to the products you deserve. Use this opportunity to try something new from our collection or opt for an iconic product such as our classic Double Serum - the secret to a firmer, plumper, more radiant complexion - powered by 22 plant extracts. Alternatively, choose the Double Serum Light, formulated to moisturise deeply, with all the same benefits as our original Double serum, but with a lighter texture for a ‘barely there’ feel.

Unlock the look of brighter eyes. The Total Eye Lift is your secret weapon, working instantly to visibly erase puffiness, wrinkles and dark circles for a truly rejuvenated appearance.

Indulge in a spa-grade body ritual. Our Tonic Body Treatment Oil tones and revitalizes, helping to improve skin elasticity for a beautiful, supple feel. Deliver deep nourishment and a perfecting touch of colour with our best-selling Lip Comfort Oil.

Why not try a blend of skincare and makeup with our new Double Serum Foundation? The signature dual formula mixes the anti-ageing benefits of Double Serum with buildable coverage to deliver a youthfully radiant-looking complexion.

How can I make sure my items don't sell out before I check out?

Our most iconic formulas like Double Serum and Lip Comfort Oil see extreme demand during Singles' Day. To avoid missing out:

Pre-build your wishlist: Sign into your Clarins account and add your exact size and shade choices to your wishlist prior to October 30th.

Set up fast checkout: Save your default shipping and billing details in your account profile ahead of time so you can complete your order in a single click when the sale goes live.

Can I combine D11 promotional discounts with my existing loyalty rewards?

Yes. You can earn and redeem Clarins loyalty points on all eligible D11 promotional orders. Gift-with-purchase tiers and exclusive event codes automatically apply at checkout once your cart meets the minimum spend threshold, allowing you to stack your promotional gifts with your account benefits.
